1. Introduction

2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made through our website at Ibizan Cocktails Events or via partner platforms. Your booking is confirmed only after you:
- Accept our quote by paying the required booking fee.
- Receive a confirmation email or Whats App message detailing your order.
It is the client’s responsibility to review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
2.2. Confirmation
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the official confirmation email or Whats App message.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice.
3.2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event date. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
3.3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1. Client Cancellations
All cancellations will forfeit the booking fee.
4.2. Company Cancellations

Clients agree to indemnify Ibizan Cocktails against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the event.

7. Client Responsibilities
7.1. Event Space
Clients must ensure the event space meets the requirements for our services, including necessary permits and access.
7.2. Health and Safety
Clients must ensure all guests adhere to health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns arise.
8. Drinks Packages
8.1. Registration of Drinks
All drinks served as part of a package are registered in our Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure accurate tracking and billing.
8.2. Package Limits
If the drink limit in a package is reached, clients will be notified and may:
- Add funds to the tab.
- Switch to a cash bar where guests pay for their own drinks.
This ensures uninterrupted service during your event.
8.3. Age Verification
We adhere to strict age verification policies. Valid ID is required for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
8.4. Responsible Drinking
We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
9. Photography and Videography
9.1. Marketing and Social Media
We may capture images and videos during the event for marketing and social media purposes. By booking our services, you consent to this use. Please inform us in advance if you have concerns or specific requests.
9.2. Intellectual Property
