Terms and Conditions for Catering Services Bookings Online

1. Introduction

By booking our catering services online, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Confirmation

2.1. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website at https://ibizancocktails.com/events/. Upon completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation by email or whatsApp detailing your order and to arrange event specifics.

2.2. Confirmation

Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Please review the details and inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final invoice.

3.2. Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the event date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3.3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit card, PayPal and bank transfer.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Client Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 90% of the total booking fee.
4.2. Company Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, a full refund, including the deposit, will be issued. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible.

5. Changes to Bookings

5.1. Client-Initiated Changes

Any changes to your booking must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the event. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.2. Company-Initiated Changes

We reserve the right to make minor changes to your booking if necessary. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6. Service Guarantee

6.1. Quality of Service

We guarantee the quality of our cocktails and service. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately during the event to address any issues.

6.2. Liability in private events

Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

6.3. Liability in public events

Public liability insurance available if required.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1. Event Space

The client must ensure that the event space is suitable for our catering services, including necessary permits and access.

7.2. Health and Safety

Clients must inform us of any health and safety concerns at the event location.

8. Drinks Packages

 

8.1. Registration of Drinks
For accuracy and transparency, each individual drink served as part of our drinks packages will be registered in our Point of Sale (P.O.S.) system. This ensures precise tracking and billing for the drinks consumed during your event.

8.2. Package Limits
When the total of the drinks package is being reached, we will notify you and offer the opportunity to add more funds to the tab or to switch to a cash bar where guests can pay for their own drinks. This ensures that the event continues smoothly without interruption.

8.3. Age Verification
We operate a strict age verification policy. Guests must provide valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages.

8.4. Responsible Drinking
We promote responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.

9. Photography and Videography

9.1. Marketing and Social Media
We may take pictures and videos during the bar services for marketing purposes and for our social media channels. By booking our services, you consent to the use of these images and videos for such purposes. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding this, please inform us in advance.
