Designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the production, tasting and pairing of spirits and wines. Participants have the opportunity to learn from industry experts such as sommeliers, distillers and winemakers. These professionals share their experience and knowledge through guided tastings and hands-on demonstrations.


You will spend most of your time behind the bar practicing your skills and learning from the experience of our instructors, you will practice every day how to manage your workplace and how to optimize your service. Our content includes advanced freepouring practices, customer service, round preparation, tricks to impress your clients, even bottle flair.


Advanced knowledge in avant-garde preparation techniques among other infusions, clarifications, preparation of cordials, bitters, and traditional liqueurs. in addition to molecular cocktails and spectacular garnishes. Our Ibiza laboratory, our expert mixologist and all the necessary resources will be available to the participants in the intensive training camp to accentuate the magic in our cocktails.


The main objective of this course is to provide bartenders with the tools necessary to develop strong management skills, understand the financial and operational aspects of a bar, and gain knowledge of staff management and customer service. Through a combination of theory and practice, participants will learn to effectively manage all aspects of operating a bar, from selecting and purchasing drinks to creating menus and managing inventory.
